Dance & Movement with Teresia

During this week our sports program will offer different fitness and dance classes with the collaboration of Teresia Björkqvist, a Group Fitness and Dance Teacher  from Stockholm. Teresia loves to bring people, fitness and music together.

She will be teaching different types of dance fitness classes and beginner dance lessons. Some other fitness classes might appear on the schedule as well. 

Everyone is welcome, everybody can join, no pre-knowledge is required - why not bring the hole family! On her classes you will have a lot of fun and workout at the same time.
