Sarah is a passionate instructor in CrossFit and functional training - and a competetive CrossFitter, powerlifter and olympic weightlifter with many international titles in each 3 sports and a military background. She is also an IFBB Pro in fitness and a former gymnast and ballet dancer.
She will be teaching different classes as a guest instructor;
X-fit/CrossFit
Olympic lifting (snatch + clean & jerk)
Powerlifting (squat, deadlift, bench press)
Power workouts
Endurance and cardio workouts
Functional workouts
Stretch and relax
Interval running / running workouts

Sarah' s classes are for everyone and they are inspired from circletraining, military boot camps, Xfit, CrossFit, training with bodyweight and endurance.
You will have a good sweat and fun times on Sarah’s classes.All exercises can be scaled, so please come and have fun with Sarah in the sun.
