At this early stage of preparation, Utz Brenner and his experienced coaching team focus on building a strong foundation and refining technique. The training content is tailored to each participant's individual fitness level, ensuring everyone progresses from where they currently stand. The program is rounded off with lectures on training theory, season planning, and much more.
