Low impact class for everyone. The exercises are simple and effective. We focus on good alignment, posture, strengthening your back with progressive back extension exercises as well as flexion for mobility. We work on stability and strength in our hips and pelvis so these muscles can do their job correctly and the lower back doesn’t have to compensate and pain can then be felt. We will work also on core strength so you will feel more toned and strong in your abs as well as your back.

It's race day! Come and enjoy our weekly 13,6 Km run to the famous Entallada Lighthouse.
The road will lead you to the top of the lighthouse, it is not a flat route and you will come across some small climbs before the big challenge of an incline of 12-15% until you reach the top!
One of our staff team will be at the top of Lighthouse with water station for the runners and showing the turning point. The target to rich the finishing line it will be 2 hours from the starting of the race. Our saff will be available during this period to give any assistant and support they might need.
This is not a social event.

NEW REVISED DISTANCES Run Swim Run.  Our sports team will explain the route.   When you enter the transition you must let the sports team know your race number this way they can record all your times for the 2 disciplines. 
 You will swim 400m, you must make sure you wear a swim hat. After you swim you will exit the transition from the same place you went in again shouting your race number to the sports team to record your split time. You will then head back out onto the run course for another 1 loop of the morning run course. The finish line is in the same place as the start line.
