Advanced Group - Faster than 24 minutes for 5km Medium Intervals 6-8 x 600m This 1 hour session includes a 10 minute warm up jog, 15 minutes of technique drills and a 10 minute cool down jog. Please ensure you attend the correct group, as these sessions have been designed for your fitness level. Plan your Week: Always Alternate Easy & Hard Run Days (don’t do 2 hard days in a row). Instead, still join in with the group on your Easy Days but skip the hard bits. Join in with the warm up jog, technique drills & cool down jog and just easy run with the coach then do tomorrow’s hard workout.
